Lori Adrihan

Lori Adrihan has a passion for promoting health and wellness. Lori is a Health Coach, Culinary Nutrition Instructor, and Personal trainer that specializes in Tai Chi.  Lori has been teaching meditation for 3 years.She can teach a variety of health classes and has launched her latest program "Wellness Warriors" that is set in a business setting helping employees with nutrition education, self awareness exercises, and over all help with dealing with day to day stresses in the workplace.Additionally, as a culinary nutrition instructor, Lori teaches the information about what nutritional values food has as well as educating on cooking with oils, gluten free cooking, and many more areas.
