Sign Up and Cancellation Policy

All clients must sign up for classes using the Schedulebliss System. Due to COVID19 concerns, we are limiting the number of people in each class. Drop-ins, aside from outdoor classes, will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If class is full, you will have the option to be placed on a waitlist. Check your email one hour prior to class to see if there are any openings in class. We may not be able to fill every class due to late cancellations and no shows.

The instructor has the right to cancel their own class for any reason including low numbers. If this happens, you will be refunded for the class or allowed to apply class credit to a different class.

All cancellations and/or reschedules must be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled (purchased) class to avoid a cancellation fee of $9.

Classes can be cancelled and/or rescheduled by class attendee by contacting Vibe and Flow Yoga or canceling within the Schedulebliss program.

If you cancel a one on one appointment, we will make every attempt to reschedule you within the week. There is a possibility due to scheduling, that your one on one appointment cannot be rescheduled and it will be forfeited without refund. There will be no refunds for scheduled one on one appointments, but every attempt will be made to reschedule the appointment.

Events must be pre-paid ahead of time. No refund will be issued for events.

Punch Card Holders/Members

If you are a no show, or did not cancel at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled class and you have a current punch card, you will be charged one punch. If you are a member, you will be charged a $9 fee.

Drop-in/Class Pass

If you are a no show or violated the cancellation policy above for your scheduled fitness appointment or class, you will not be refunded the purchase price of the fitness class or event.
